ABOUT US
Three creative siblings passionate about art: Pamela, Filippo and Oscar Gilbert. Their love for travel and world cultures inspired them to create Mercado Mixtura, a unique space where gastronomy, architecture and design merge, offering an experience to enjoy and learn at all times.

A space designed by siblings Pamela and Oscar Gilbert. Every corner and every object have been designed to offer unique and curated products. Specialty coffee, desserts and fresh breads, prepared by hand with dedication and quality. A perfect complement to the market experience, ideal to take a break and enjoy every detail.
BAR
One of the most special spaces of the restaurant. Its cylindrical structure and reflective ceiling enhance the architecture of the place, creating a unique atmosphere. A place where every detail has been designed to complement the experience, accompanied by a selection of cocktails and premium drinks.
